About The Role
We are looking for someone who is not only energetic but also really good at building connections to join our team as a Business Development Associate. In this role, you will be a key player in growing Univrecruit’s network of partners by building and maintaining strong relationships with coaching centres, education consultants, schools and colleges in your area.
As the first point of contact for our growth, you will be in charge of finding great partnerships, welcoming new partners and helping them to create quality student leads. Your success will depend on how well you understand what partners need, how you clearly explain what Univrecruit offers and how you consistently bring in leads through local work and on-site activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with associate partners.
* Travel across 100 KM radius of the designated area.
* Develop and manage a network of coaching centres and education consultants.
* Negotiate terms, onboard affiliates and ensure ongoing engagement.
* Execute seminars, campaigns and sessions to generate qualified student leads for partners.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly B2B lead generation targets through partnerships.
* Track and optimise partner performance.
* Plan and execute webinars and engagement programmes in collaboration with partners.
Eligibility
* Bachelors degree (Masters preferred, but not mandatory).
* 2 years of experience in B2B business development and institutional sales.
* Proven track record in building and managing education-sector partnerships.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and Office Tools (especially google sheets)
* Prior experience in the study abroad, test prep, or higher education domain.
* Existing network of school/college/consultants contacts.
* Comfort with frequent travel within the region.
